It is always a day to remember when you get a chance to visit the legendary estates and I was thrilled to have another chance to catch up with Francesco after two years. When you find yourself in Alsace I recommend you book a visit at the Domaine Zind-Humbrecht, one of the most famous wineries of the region with an amazing selection of labels made from Pinot Noir, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Gewürztraminer and Muscat.
Chablis. Domaine Laroche
Located in the heart of the village Domaine Laroche is deeply rooted in the region’s history. Its headquarters is located in „Obédiencerie”, an old church where wine has been produced for over 1000 years.

Not far from Chablis you will find a tiny village called Prehy, where next to the XV century Saint Clair church you can find Jean-Marc Brocard winery famous for white wines made from chardonnay grapes. Winery produces Chablis wine from 4 appellations: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Premier Cru and Grand Cru.

Domaine William Fèvre is one of the most prestigious winemakers, despite its relative short history, has been producing top quality Chablis for many years now. Fèvre family has been living in Chablis for 250 years, but the winery was established in 1959 by Maurice Fèvre – William’s father.
