    Germany is one of the most focused countries in Europe on organic and biodynamic wine production. Country has become the world’s top Riesling producer, its cool climate is perfect for light red wines and aromatic whites.

    Austria is most famous for its native grape Gruner Veltliner and Riesling. Austrian wines are mostly dry white wines, only about 30% of the wines are red, made from Blaufränkisch, Pinot Noir and Zweigelt.

  • Switzerland.

    Swiss wines are mainly produced in the west and in the south of Switzerland, in the cantons of Geneva, Neuchâtel, Ticino, Valais and Vaud.

  • Hungary.

    Hungary is the best known for the sweet white wines with Tokaj Aszu once being the most sought-after dessert wine in the world.
